The edgy new docu-sitcom "Dussault Inc." (16 x 30') follows the busy lives of Canadian celebrity streetwear designer Jason Dussault and his gorgeous partner Mashiah Vaughn as they struggle to keep their businesses - and their family - intact. With a million-dollar flagship Dussault Apparel store in Los Angeles, Jason thought they had hit the big-time, selling high-priced custom-made jeans, hoodies, and baseball caps to rock-and-roll celebrities like Criss Angel, Kid Rock and Nichole Ritchie. But when the economy took a turn for the worse, they lost it all. Now, back in Vancouver with two sons to raise - 15-year-old slacker Ayden and precocious 24-month-old Ronin - Jason is risking everything to bring Dussault Apparel back while Mashiah works her own bath cosmetics line called Open Sundaes. With relationship challenges, heated family feuds, over-the-top personalities, and money tighter than ever, one thing is for sure - it is going to be one hell of a ride! SEASON 2

Season II finds Jason and Mashiah starting new, separate lives in the shimmering hills of Los Angeles. Mashiah is finally fulfilling her dream to pursue fame in the Mecca of Hollywood. Jason is determined to revive his brand and stake it all on the US marketplace. Both are putting everything on the line to get what they want.

Although no longer together as a couple, Jason and Mashiah can’t seem to stay apart either. Their finances and family situation are still totally intertwined. They are still raising Ayden and Ronin jointly and struggle to present a united front. And their financial challenges mean that though pursuing separate lives, they may have to do so under one roof!

Romance may be on hold, but sparks will definitely continue to fly for these unlikely roomies. Mashiah focuses on herself, connecting with a new Hollywood social circle, including old pal Mark Wahlberg, and launching her acting career. Jason will aim to revive the buzz around his streetwise brand by hanging with Gene Simmons and designing custom items for the celebrity set. But he might actually have to get a day job to make ends meet.

As for their relationship, Jason has no doubt that despite Mashiah’s resistance, his magnetism will ultimately prove irresistible. But, while he waits for her to come back to him, he can’t help checking out the other hotties in town. Mashiah insists she has no interest in dating... but if the right billionaire lands on her doorstep she might consider a night out. Both pretend the other is free to do as they please, but it’s obvious their chemistry – and their jealousies – are simmering under the surface.

This season, the main dilemma is turned on its head; the question is when and if they will get back together!
In the meantime, these two larger than life characters ratchet up the chase for their piece of the American Dream. They both love L.A. They’re both made for the City of Angels. They’ll work their old contacts hard in order to launch new lives. In the middle is rebellious teen Ayden, a fish out of water trying to fit into his new school.

This odd couple are a classic case of ‘can’t live with each other and can’t live without each other.’ Their year in Hollywood will put their lives and relationships to the test. Whether they emerge a newly united front, or permanently apart, one thing is for sure -- it will be a wild ride in a glamorous new world.

Hollywood Or Bust
"Vivica A. Fox convinces Mashiah to move to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. Jason, wanting to be with the kids and win Mashiah back, must first leave Dussault Apparel headquarters in good hands. Ayden doesn't like California and being away from his friends until he discovers the joys of surfing.."

Design Challenges
"Jason designs a jacket for rock-star Rich Luzzi from Rev Theory but struggles to find the right suppliers in L.A. Mashiah redecorates their new home and is torn between the interior designer and her best friend's opinion. Meanwhile, Ayden plots running away to reunite with his buddies back home for his special 17th birthday.."

Street Cred
"Jason meets chalk artist Ellis G. who inspires him to create a 10-foot mural that he struggles to mount. To land a role in a video for Funny or Die, Mashiah auditions for a comedy troupe and faces her fears at a live improv competition. Meanwhile, Ayden wants a tattoo but needs the approval of both his parents.."

"Jason, hoping to make a splash in the L.A. art world at the exhibit Create:Fixate, tries to convince a reluctant Mashiah to model for him. Meanwhile, Mashiah hires a manny that Jason is suspicious of, and Ayden believes that to be respected in the skating community, he has to be a badass - but legendary pro skater Christian Hosoi proves him wrong."

"Jason resorts to cheating when Verne Troyer asks him to help him win a golf tournament. Ayden lies to Mashiah when Freestyle Motocross champion Lance Coury invites him to ride motorcycles. Meanwhile, Mashiah tries to make friends by bringing the neighbours cookies she baked."

A Star Is Porn
"Jason fears Mashiah's disapproval while designing a tequila bottle for porn star Jesse Jane. Mashiah is challenged by her acting coach to step up her act, and grandma Barb drags a slacking Ayden to a jam-session with some of L.A.'s underprivileged youths.."

Rebounds
"Mashiah regrets setting Jason up on a date with one of her friends. Jason makes Mashiah feel anxious about her basketball skills after she becomes the spokesperson for NBA star Steve Nash's chain of fitness clubs. Ayden beats to his own drum with some of the best percussionists in the world.."

Hulk Smash
"At the gym, Jason develops a friendship with "Incredible Hulk" actor Lou Ferrigno that Mashiah considers a bromance. Meanwhile, Mashiah joins a tennis club and challenges a member who has stolen her parking spot to a match. Ayden fires his tutor in the hopes of dating her."
