My pick of the week – Eminem

Marshall Mathers was hardly the kind of guy you thought would become a rap star, but as unlikely as it was, the young white rapper from Detroit did make it happen. Changing his name to Eminem, he had to work twice as hard as most of his peers to earn respect in the rap scene. He did eventually do it, but as often happens on the road to fame and fortune, the path was strewn with obstacles. Eminem, on Wednesday 28th at 9pm et/pt only on the Biography Channel.
